Japan aftermarket timing chain kit replacement for Nissan 350Z V6 3.5 petrol engine with VQ35DE engine. 350Z also known as Fairlady.

This timing chain kit also fits Nissan Murano 3.5 V6. Z50 model with VQ35DE petrol engine. We also offer timing chain kit for VQ35HR engines which are not the same as VQ35DE. You need to opt for the option you want above.
Between 2006-2008 VQ35HR engines were produced in many models such as 350Z, Skyline 350 GT. You need to check your logbook for your engine code.

The base price includes:

* VQ35DE or VQ35HR timing chain kit
* Water pump

At extra cost additional parts "FULL KIT" can be opted in for VQ35HR engines only! 

* Thermostat housing
* Rocker covers (2 banks)
* Timing cover gasket
* Crank seal

The kit includes all necessary parts that should be replaced when your timing chain is rattling and getting noisy.  
It includes 3 chains including timing chain (main chain and secondary chains) , 3 chain guides (slack guide, shoes, top guide) and chain tensioners (secondary tensioner), camshaft sprockets, crankshaft sprocket and water pump with new rubber O-ring.
Make sure you set your engine to TDC position before you start to work on your engine.

The process should start with:

1. Set your timing to TDC
2. Remove crankshaft pulley
3. Take out the front cover's bolts
4. Also remove the the two bolts of the upper oil pan (these bolt also hold the front cover)
5. Make sure there are not bolts left and don't try to force off the cover
6. After taking the front cover off make sure again that you are on TDC
7. Remove main timing chain tensioner and slack guide
8. Remove the water pump
9. Remove main timing chain
10. Distress secondary tensioner and lock the tensioner in position
11. Take off secondary chains
12. Remove both camshaft sprockets and crankshaft sprocket.
