Terms & Conditions

*When you complete your order you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from us. 

*All payments must be received within 48 Hours after the order was made.

*We do not accept any responsibility in respect of any claim whatsoever arising from purchasing the wrong part. The item description is guidance or information only. Ultimately it is you’re the customer’s responsibility to make sure that any purchased item is suitable for the intended use/application/part number replacement on your vehicle. 

*Any part supplied by us must be installed/fitted by a qualified/competent mechanic to ensure the part is correct for the intended application/use and that the part is fitted correctly. Invoice of fitting must be provided with your warranty claim. Fitting garage must be properly displayed on the invoice and it must be a company.

*In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the part nor shall us be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages or cost incurred due to the failure of this product. 

*The parts on our website are generally only suitable for factory standard unmodified UK vehicles and any compatibility advice is given on this basis, unless stated otherwise. 

*This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of product and is non-transferable. We disregard all warranty claims that is not filed by the original purchaser.

*All images shown on our website and descriptions are copyright.

*We do not accept any liability/responsibility and will not be held responsible for missing garage appointments or costs for garage/mechanic or similar specialists etc. We recommend you do not make appointments until you have the actual parts in your possession and are satisfied that they are the correct parts and suitable for the intended use/application/part number replacement on your vehicle. 

*We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries by the courier companies we use. We will do our upmost to get your purchase to you within the delivery estimated but please be aware the delivery times specified are approximate delivery times and can change under certain circumstance e.g. the Christmas period, bank holidays or adverse weather conditions which can cause delays.   

*The express 24 hour (or next day) delivery option on listings is a next working day delivery and not a Saturday or Sunday delivery service, so for example if your order dispatches on a Friday it will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). We can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional cost for most items sent to mainland UK addresses please message us for a quotation. All dates shown for delivery time are an estimate.   

*When referring to the Left or Right side on a vehicle (UK right hand drive unless otherwise stated) Left side is passenger side (near side) and the Right side is drivers side (off side).  

*We only accept cash payment for items that are collected from us.

Warranty Policy

*All the new items we supply have a  6 months part only manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.

*Within 6 months of failure of any part provided within a "set", "kit" or "bundle" only the faulty part would be replaced by us.

*The above warranty is given by us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the part, incorrect fitting of the part by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the part.

*We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, special or punitive loss, damage, installation and/or fitting cost/labor, costs or expenses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of income or revenue.

Delivery

*You agree that your parcel is not covered by insurance.

*We will not be responsible for any loss, damage if your parcel is not covered with insurance. Before your purchase you need to give us a written request if you wish to insure your parcel. We can provide insurance cover at an additional cost but this has to be confirmed by both you and us.

*Dispatch time is usually 1-2 working day after cleared payment but depending on purchased item it may take longer.

*Dispatch time is excluded the estimated delivery time.

*By placing your order you agree with that your order may be left with your neighbor, on doorstep, nearest drop-off point/courier service point to your address or in a safe place and you are happy with this.

Returns of Faulty Items 

*If in the unlikely event you receive your item and it is found to be faulty we must receive the item back with all the original parts and packaging within 14 days of purchase.  The returned item must have our dispatch security mark present and will then be returned to the manufacturer who will test the item and check the production stamp. If the item is then found to be faulty we will supply a replacement part if no replacement is available we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the item only.  If you purchased a bundle (kit/set) refund will be given for the faulty parts only excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

Improper Returns 

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy: 

(a) We will not refund or exchange the product; 

(b) We may retain the returned product until you pay to us the additional amount we may charge for re-delivery of the product. 

Cancellation

*You have the right to cancel your order in 14 days from the day you placed your order.

*If an order has already been dispatched you will need to return the item at your cost. In all cases the buyer to bear return postage costs.

*After the point of dispatch the order becomes a return and not cancellation. 

Refund

*When you returned your order we issue a refund within 14 days. 14 days is from the day we received the returned item.

*No refund is given if the order hasn't been returned.

*If the purchased item has been returned but in used condition or with missing parts, accessories we offer partial refund only.

*In case of return from abroad the postage cost will be deducted of your refund.

*Postage cost will NOT be refunded if the delivery address given by customer is wrong or contains misspelling.

*Postage cost will NOT be refunded if the purchased item will be returned to us by courier due to incorrect address, address is not accessible, customer is not at home. 

*Postage cost will NOT be refunded if the purchased item will be returned to us by courier due to customer doesn't collect & pick up their item from couriers depo.

*If you can't, unable return an item we may arrange a pick up for a cost of £20 (UK only) which will be deducted from your refund. This request needs to be confirmed by you and us first.


If you don't agree with our terms and conditions please don't place your order. By placing your order you have automatically agreed with our terms and conditions.
