AC valve core remover tool

If your AC system leaks there is a good chance that the source of the leak could be your high and/or low side service connectors' Schrader valve. Once you find the leak you will need to replace that valve core inside the cold and/or hot side connector by using our AC valve core remover tool. With this tool you can change and install a new valve code without evacuation the whole air conditioning system. In our automotive R134a air conditioning valve core remover tool kit we provide tool for this for both side. High and low side have different fitting for that. The quick connector head can be removed from both shut off valves. 

Usage:

1. Connect the quick connector to the service port. Make sure that the shut-off valve is in open position.
2. Push the stem down to engage the Schrader valve and unscrew the faulty valve code by turning the stem to the left CCW direction.
3. The stem can be pulled all the way out of the tool.
4. Close the shut off valve.
5. Once you pulled the stem out fully you can unscrew it from the body.
6. Take the broken Scrader valve out and replace it with a new one.
7. Place the replacement Schrader valve inside the stem's head.
8. Insert the new valve back down the remover tool.
9. Turn the Schrader valve back in place by CW direction.

By this way we replaced the valve code without discharging the air conditioning. If one Schrader valve has failed on the low side that is recommended to change the high side too. As both valves have been fitted at the same time there is a chance that the high side will fail soon.

Whe you finished with changing either or both valve cores you should check them for leak again. We also sell digital leak detector in our online store.
