This is the extended version of our oil pump repair kit which also contains the oil pump.
Volkswagen Passat & Audi A3, A4, A6 2.0 TDi oil pump REPAIR SET.
Will fit most of the 2.0 TDi Volkswagen & Audi engines fitted with engine codes below:
BPW, BLB, BNA, BRD, BRE, BRF, BKP, BMR, BMP, BYL, BMA, BNP, BHW ....etc...
Oil pump part number: 03G 115 105 C + Sprockets, chain, tensioner, hex drive key

Please note that these VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda engines fitted with 2 types of oil pump drive.
One is gear drive the other one is what is in our listing the chain drive. DON'T buy randomly! Make sure your engine code is listed above in our description.
If you are not sure which engine you have then open your trunk, lift the boot floor and you will find a white square label around the spare tyre. On this small label your engine code will be listed. Make sure you check it before you purchase!
Please note that our pump is also interchangeable with 03G115105A oil pumps but you will need a 15mm longer bolt than the original. This bolt is included in this listing.
If you don't know what is your part number we recommend you to buy the pump with the bolt just in case.

If you arrived to this page you may have two possible issues. The teeth of the oil pump drive (sprocket mainly) wears off causing an oil pressure loss. If you stripped your engine and you are about to change this sprocket set then it is very likely that your balance shaft is also in a very bad shape! In the bottom of this page you will find our A4 balance shaft listing page. Within that listing you will find two videos. One shows the pre-failure of the balance shaft the other video shows how to use our balance shaft fix bolt.
The kit normally comes with the 78mm long hexagon pin. If you add the balance shaft fixing bolt then we send a longer and stronger hexagon pin with the set.
