AC Nitrogen Pressure Test Kit

With our good quality nitrogen pressure test kit you will be able to do a standing pressure test for leaks.  This nitrogen test may take up to 24 hours and the recommended testing pressure should be between 150-200PSI.
R134a automotive system standing pressure test may take up to 10-30mins.

Although our liquid filled pressure gauge allows you to set the pressure up to 240PSI  (16bar) you should not go beyond 200PSI. 200PSI is more than sufficient to do a nitrogen pressure leak test.
Recommended test pressure is 150PSI. If the pressure drops within the test duration you may have a leak. 
Please note that nitrogen pressure test does not fix the leak. It helps you to find and identify the problem but you may still need to use other tools to fix your leak such as electronic leak detector or soap solution.
This kit and its components are NOT suitable for "strength test". Strength tests apply over 40BAR (580PSI) the AC (R410a) systems. Do not try to use the kit for strength test.

This pressure test kit helps to find leaks before you recharge your system with refrigerant into your AC system.
We use a thicker 8x5mm PU coiled hose which has greater wall thickness.
