Accurate Liquid Measurement

If you are looking for something accurate because you have been disappointed by other cheap water flow meters, look no further. This is a reliable and very accurate flow meter. It is also possible to recalibrate the meter's readout.

Durable brass design with no weak plastic parts. If you need to measure a flow rate in the range of 1.5 to 30 L/min, this will do the trick. It is very easy to program.

Stainless Steel Components for Food and Drink

When choosing a digital flow meter for food and drink, the parts in contact with the liquid need to be suitable for food use and easy to clean. Stainless steel is commonly used because the correct grade resists corrosion and provides a durable surface that can be cleaned thoroughly. This helps maintain hygiene when measuring liquids such as milk, wine and beer. For food use, the stainless steel grade, seals and all other parts in contact with the liquid must be suitable for the drink or food being measured and the cleaning products used.

Flow Rate

• 1.5 to 30 L/min with the G1/2" flow sensor.
• 10 to 100 L/min with the G1" flow sensor.
• 60 to 1000 L/min with the G2" option

The Kit Includes

• Digital flow meter. Needs to be recalibrated upon receipt. We provide instructions on the How to.
• Normally closed brass & stainless steel solenoid valve with selectable size of G1/2", G3/4",  G1", G1.5" or G2" female inlet and outlet. 
• 240 V AC to 24 V DC adaptor.

Installation Notes

1. The flow sensor and solenoid valve must be installed horizontally, NOT vertically! Otherwise, you will not get an accurate reading.
2. You will need to use PTFE tape on the threads to seal the connections.
