This is a VW Polo MK4, Skoda Fabia, Seat Ibiza rear GTI brake drum to disc conversion kit.
The conversion kit will be back in stock by April, 2020. Our price will also include a Polo GTi handbrake lever.
It is going to fit the following models:

The kit can replace all rear drum brake from year 2002 to 2014 but only if you have the 5 bolt pattern wheel!

The kit can replace all rear drum brake from year 2002 to 2014 but only if you have the 5 bolt pattern wheel!
*It will not fit Fabia 5J (MK2) without modification of the rear caliper bracket. (Do your own research!)
*Please note that we are out of stock of the brake pads' anti rattle clips so it will not be sent with the order. (Item 18 in second diagram.)
Please be aware that before 2009 rear brake calipers had 34mm piston. After 2009 they have had 38mm piston.
These are the brake calipers with the bigger 38mm piston.
The brake calipers are top aftermarket products and come with sliders.
Two rear disks are original TRW brake disks!
