Why the 3mm hole instead of the GSC zero tick lifters?

Lifters name often refers to lash adjuster or tappets. Our lifters literally fit all Mitsubishi EVO 4G63 engines including EVO 6, 7, 8. If you have EVO 9 please opt it above add to cart button. If this option not available then we are out of stock of that item.

Many of our customers reported that GSC lifters are not as good as they claim. Mitsubishi EVO users experienced a problem that valves stay slightly open when using GSC lifters. This is why we prefer our 3mm hole design over GSC.
(Just if it is still not clear our lifters are NOT GSC type lifters!)

* Set of 3mm upgraded zero tick lifters (16pc) (Fits any EVO)
* Valve lifter removal tool (Upgraded version. Old tool thickness 1.6mm our tool is 2mm thick. Older tool is too thin and slipped off of the spring's washer.)

Optional:

* Set of AJUSA rocker cover gasket including spark plug gaskets (fits EVO 4-8 only)
* Set of rocker cover bolts (fits EVO 4-8 only) Titanium bolts and washers! Spring washers are yellow zinc coated.

Q&A

Q: After installing my lifters my car wouldn' start up. What is wrong?
A: Before installing lifters you must make sure that you have properly bleed / primed them!

Q: I primed my lifters but now I can't get my rocker arm back to its place. 
A: Probably too much oil stuck inside the lifter.  There is a check valve inside the lifter. Try to use a paperclip and try to release the check valve with it from the top hole of the lash adjuster.
There is a smaller hole deep inside the main top hole. It is not what usually works first. You need to "play" with it until you hit that smaller hole and then you can compress your lifter again.
All this time the lifter and rocker must be outside of the head.
