All essential tools are included in this refrigeration / air conditioning tool kit weather you are a professional HVAC technician or if you just want to do a one off DIY job on your air conditioning unit. Home fridges are usually filled with R134a refrigerant or R600a gas. Home of office air conditioning system are filled with R410a refrigerant. Either of them you will be able to connect using our HVAC air con gauges and the fittings we provide you with. Please note that fridges and freezers usually don't have connection ports. You will need to purchase a "no loss" piercing valve which is also available in our online store.

Please note that this recharge & maintenance tool kit is designed to connect and use with all split AC units! (Including LG split ac unit, Daikin R32 (Ururu Sarara and other units..))

**3pcs color coded charging hoses with 1/4" flare female ends. (Please note that dedicated R410a hoses have 5/16" flare female ends.) In our R410a recharging tool both ends have 1/4" thread. This shouldn't be a problem since 2pcs of R410a adaptors are provided in this kit.

This R600a / R410a air con tool set includes:

45º ECCENTRIC FLARING TOOL KIT IN PLASTIC CASE (some HVAC air con flaring tools have the 37º cone installed but in our set it has the 45 degs cone.)

Make sure that during your DIY maintenance work your copper tube is properly reamered before you lock it in the swage block. Inside the flaring clamp the holes are cut with sharp thread to prevent the tube from slipping out of the clamp. Be careful when you clamp the tube inside the flaring tool because if you squeeze the copper tube then it may brake.

The clamp can handle 12 different tube sizes. 

For tubes 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm and 19mm. 

The special cone eccentric revolution will be allow the internal opening gradually and form 45º accurate and regular flare without preventing tube slippage downward. Therefore the flare face will be smooth, uniform without scratching. Eccentric cone will be rebound by itself after the work is finished make the idle top head in revolution again for 1-2 rounds and have the flare face in friction to make it prettier.
