You will be purchasing a brand new aircon 45º eccentric cone type flaring tool in plastic case. AC flaring tools can be used to flare a tube when you need to replace a hose line in your air conditioning system or your refrigerator.
The ac flaring tool kit includes the following parts: AB800 + CT274 + BT208.
For imperial and metric tubes: 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm and 19mm.
Easy operation and it saves time and energy when you do your AC job. The special cone eccentric revolution will be allows the internal opening gradually and form 45º degree accurate and regular flare without, preventing tube slippage downward. Therefore, the flare face will be smooth, uniform without scratching.
Eccentric cone will be rebound by itself after the work is finished,make the idle top head in revolution again for 1-2 rounds and have the flare face in friction to make it prettier.
Makes factory style AC flares using a reduced friction, flare forming technology.
A common way to make the flare is to force the cone directly into the end of the tube.
Our aircon flaring tool kit rotates the cone elliptically on the inside perimeter of the tube to produce the prefect flare every time.
1. Make sure that the ac tube is clean and deburred.
2. Place the tube inside the clamp so the tube end is even with the top of the clamp bar.
3. Slide the cone assembly and pay attention to the red mark on the flaring tool.

+CT274 - tube cutter for 1/8" to 1-1/8" (from 4 to 28mm)
+BT208 - Inner-Outer Reamer from 3/16" to 1-1/2" (until 40mm inner diameter).
